New teacher in town!

Arman is a double achiever this week because he has been helping Deer and Foxes to learn about Islam over the last few weeks.  His teachers and HLTAs have been very impressed by his wide knowledge and his very mature teaching style, and the children have been talking very enthusiastically about their new teacher.  Great news, Arman!

If you fancy buying a Tudor house, you really need to read these sales pitches!  Morgan, Yasmine, Natalie, Rudi and Edward's use of estate agent jargon is superb and anyone of these properties sounds like an absolute bargain!  Just need to save up some groats!  Well done, folks!

Buenos días

Even Mr Castro is pleased with Jake's Spanish.  Mr Castro tried to catch the children out by changing the words he was using, but Jake was just too quick for him.  He has shown that he has paid attention in his lessons and it is paying off.  Good news indeed!

In the news

Noah has used all he has learned about Tudor jousting to create a brilliant and very entertaining news report and commentary using Puppet Pals on an iPad.  His use of the present tense and vocabulary choices really add to the excitement.  Who will win the hand of the princess?

A place in the sun

Majorca? Florida? Disneyland Paris?  Cara, Isla and Mia's stunningly eye-catching brochures make each destination sound so tempting.  They have used a mixture of interesting facts and colourful pictures to convince the reader that their deal is the best - I'm convinced anyway!
