All aboard (except the tiger!)

Harry has enjoyed learning about India and listening to stories about the country and its animals.  This beautiful picture shows a very naughty tiger jumping on top of a train, and Harry has written some words to explain what is happening.  What a superstar!

Amazing artwork

These folks are very proud of their rainforest pictures - and rightly so.  Aleks, Harry, Gracie, Jack, Jack and Josh have used oil pastels, blending colours to create different tones and shades, and have each created a unique masterpiece.  Superb work!

All about me

Who would have thought these children could pack so much into ten or eleven years?  Logan, Jake, Taylor, Zach and Grace have included a huge amount of detail in their autobiographies and they are beautiful written and presented.  A great book to keep - no wonder Miss Stannard is impressed!

Super sari!

There were two parts to Emily's Special Achiever's work.  First she had to draw pictures of the things she had learned about India to create a design for a sari.  Then she had to copy this onto a T-shirt.  Emily is very proud of her tigers, elephants, caves and her flower.  What a beautiful piece of work!

Me, myself and I

These children have taken their latest homework task very seriously and the autobiography they have each produced are detailed, well organised and beautifully presented.  They are a pleasure to read - no wonder Miss Leftley is impressed!

A wealth of information

What a lot these people know about castles!  Their fact sheets contain lots of information about what they have learned over the last few weeks and I was amazed by how much Bethanne, Harry, Lilli, Ellis, Nicole, Lorrimer, Chloe, Harley, Daniel and Alexander could tell me about each aspect of castles and castle life.  Super work, folks!

Perfect Peacock

I don't think I have ever seen such a beautiful picture of a peacock.  Not only has Willow created this fabulous drawing, she has written four adjectives to describe it - all by herself!  Great sounding out, Willow.  Well done you!

International Space Stations

What a fantastic career opportunity these children have had!  Shona, Rosie, Rudi, Joe and Stevie have been designing a space station in 2D and using the Design 5D app to see what their plans look like in 3D.  They have included lots of detail with amazing results!
