Super sentences
Molly and Kaitlyn have been listening really carefully for all the sounds in the words they wanted to write to describe the animals they have been learning about. They have both included an adjective as well! What superstars!

Beautiful manners
Meet a very polite young gentleman. The staff in Hedgehogs love having Josh in the class because he is always so helpful, tries so hard, and is always in the right place at the right time. What a superstar!
The most AMAZING blue frog!
My goodness, Joshua has been working hard! He has drawn a beautiful poisonous blue frog (who lives in the rainforest and says 'ribbit'!), and has typed up some amazing sentences about it. I am very impressed by his fabulous work and the way he can talk about it. Brilliant stuff, Joshua!

What is Easter all about?
Sophie really enjoys her R.E. lessons. That's why, after writing a detailed explanation of Easter in class, she went home and wrote another copy of all the things she had remembered. It's lovely that you are so enthusiastic about your learning, Sophie. Well done you!
Perfect picture
Max is so pleased with his drawings of giraffes, and from this picture you can see why! I love the giraffe's spotty body and also the fact that Max chose to do two drawings. Well done, superstar!

Guess who!
Elsa, Autumn and Sam have been pretending to be a character from The Jungle Book and then writing an account in the first person. They have used some great adjectives and vocabulary choices to describe the events in a really interesting way. Well done, folks!
Division made easy
Oliver finds division really easy when he chunks numbers using a number line. He spots the number he's dividing by and then counts up until he reaches the number he is dividing. What clever thinking!
Clever adding
Olivia has been doing some really grown-up maths. She has been adding two-digit numbers by partitioning the tens and ones, and then adding them all back up again. Great work, cleverclogs!

That Big Bad Wolf is not a pleasant character and these folks have explained why! Ethan, Reggie, Teddie, Ruby, Riley, Ollie and Lily have used clever things like adjectives and similes to describe how nasty and revolting he is to be around. Great work, people!

Surprised!
Henri Rousseau has certainly inspired Izzy and Justin! After looking at his painting, they have produced these beautiful oil pastel drawings that they would like framed when they take them home please, Mum!!
Accurate angles
Here are two gentlemen who should be very proud of what they have achieved in maths! Their latest success is calculating missing angles in triangles, and then circles. Of course they find them easy - they are geniuses! Well done lads!

Bush tucker trials
I wouldn't mind sharing bush tucker with Lewis! He has listened really carefully for all the sounds in the words he wanted to write and then described the things they might eat in the Australian bush. Wonderful writing, Lewis!
Once upon a time, Best Beloved!
Well, I have certainly learned a lot about Rudyard Kipling that I did not know! Thomas and Aiden have recorded lots of facts in these really interesting, illustrated biographies. No wonder Mrs Bennett is pleased with them!
Me, me, me!
Sasha, Lucas and Reuben have put an enormous amount of work into their autobiographies - and it really shows. They have included lots of details and describe anecdotes to interest the reader. What a lovely book to keep!

Chloe really enjoyed creating this stunning space picture and is very proud of the result. She was patient and paid close attention to detail, and particularly enjoyed getting messy! Great work, Chloe!
Impressive Opera House
Woodpeckers have been travelling around the world and learning about different countries. While they were visiting Australia, they looked at the Sydney Opera House. Ebony has drawn this beautiful picture and chosen some lovely adjectives to describe the building. What a clever lady!
Super numbers
Cain has been working hard to learn his numbers and wrote 0, 1, 2 and 3 all by himself! He is very proud of his work and everyone is very pleased with how hard he has tried. Super work, Cain!
