Poor Wide-Eyed Bear!
Callum, Daniel, Nicole and Chloe have all completed far more work than was expected of them. They have each used interesting adjectives in their re-telling of the story of the Wide-Eyed Bear, and are showing that they have learned some very grown-up phrases. Well done, folks!

Did you know ...?
Noah has put an enormous amount of work into producing this project about the Spinosaurus, using his own knowledge, and the internet to find out even more. It is clearly presented and well-organised. Great piece of work, Noah!
Big diaries about Little Canada
It is quite clear from the hugely detailed diaries that Luke, Ben and James have created that they enjoyed almost(!) every minute of their week at Little Canada. They have used some interesting phrases that make their accounts really personalised, Fantastic work, lads!

After reading the story of Beowulf, Amber has written her own version, including a monster and a hero. She has used some lovely phrases and imaginative adjectives to produce a beautifully illustrated story. A lovely read, Amber!

A wonderful week!
Reading their Little Canada diaries, you can certainly tell that they had an incredible and memorable time. They put in a huge amount of time and effort to include so much detail that you really feel like you were there with them when you read it. What a great momento to remind you of a fabulous week! Superb piece of homework - well done!
Budding authors!
It is hard to remember that Riley, Sam, Belle, Alfie, Riley, Harry, Elle, James and Phoebe are only in Year 2. They have each written a story to describe the film clip 'My Morning Jacket' and have chosen some superb time words, amazing adjectives and creative phrases to describe the drama of what happened. Fantastic work!

Lily looked very carefully in a mirror so that she could paint this incredibly accurate self-portrait. The colours are so well chosen, I thought it was a photograph when I first saw it! Super work, Lily!

Comical comic strips!
These fabulous four have shown that they know how to turn a gruesome story into an entertaining and humorous comic strip! Shannon and Grace, and Katie and Harvey have added captions and speech bubbles to tell the heroic Saxon story of Beowulf, with a gross end included! Well done, people!

George and Josh have each produced a fabulous character profile of Beowulf using adjectives and similes to describe his appearances and his qualities. Two imaginative pieces of work, lads. Great work!
